Ingredients: Organic German Chamomile (Blue) Essential Oil (Matricaria chamomilla)

We recommend: Mix chamomile with equal amounts of lavender & ylang ylang essential oils. Drop in the bath to calm & relax.

It has a sweet, fruity aroma & can be added to calming massage oils to assist winding down, relaxing & soothing the senses at bathtime. Chamomile is gentle enough for baby too & gets them in the mood for bedtime.
